- EYFS Questionnaire (for Nursery and Reception) | Download the form here
- School Records for the last two years, any standardized test results, or School Certificate for EYFS applicants

We can proceed with the enrolment using electronic versions of these documents. However, we will ask you to send printed signed copies for our records.
Applications will not be considered until all required documents have been submitted. We will acknowledge receipt of each application and hold it on file for entry to the requested academic year.
