Experience includes Audit and statutory auditors. Process and procedure engineering, Risk Management and Risk Mapping, Implementation of internal audit functions, Implementation of analytical accounting systems, pricing, analysis.

Mr Bouabidi has a deep understanding of the school and was previously it’s auditor.

Mr Ahmed EL FEHDI

Mr. Ahmed El Fehdi is the Founding Chairman of BISC and a visionary leader with over 40 years of international experience across multiple sectors. With a strong background in the service industry and a proven track record of large-scale project development, he has played a key role in shaping the school’s foundation and long-term vision. As a prominent figure in Morocco’s economic landscape, Mr. El Fehdi brings strategic insight, entrepreneurial drive, and a deep commitment to educational excellence. His leadership continues to guide BISC’s growth as a forward-thinking and high-performing institution.

Mr Boubker EL FEHDI

Chair of the Board

Mr. El Fehdi serves as Chair of the Board at BISC. He led the school’s development from the initial construction phase through to its successful opening and continues to oversee its strategic direction and governance. A graduate of the University of Montreal and holder of an MBA from HEC Montreal, Mr. El Fehdi brings over two decades of international leadership experience across Canada, the United States, and Morocco. His executive background spans multiple sectors, including trade, investment, real estate, and education. Committed to excellence and innovation, he plays a key role in ensuring that BISC continues to thrive as a leading educational institution.

Mr Mohammed EL FEHDI

Board Member

Mr. El Fehdi began his career in 2002 within the family business. In 2011, he earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Montreal in Canada. A year earlier, in 2010, he founded Investimo, a major real estate group, and has since expanded his activities into the polymer transformation industry across North America. In addition to his business ventures, Mr. El Fehdi serves as a Board Member at BISC, where he contributes to the school’s strategic development and governance.

Mr Stuart Laing

Mr Stuart Laing was Master of Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, for ten years (2008-2018) after a career in the British Foreign Service. After studying Classics at Cambridge, and Arabic in Lebanon, he specialised in Middle Eastern affairs, serving in Saudi Arabia and Cairo (where he was a Board member of British schools), and as Ambassador in Muscat, and Kuwait. He now writes and lectures on Middle East politics, and on Arab and East African history and culture. He has published on Omani-British history, Unshook Till the End of Time, and on Tippu Tip, the 19th century Arab-Zanzibari ivory trader. He continues to research on the abolition of slave trading in East Africa and the Indian Ocean.

Mr Robert Pick​

Bob Pick was born in Horsforth, Leeds. He attended Horsforth Featherbank Primary and Junior schools, Aireborough Grammar School, Grey College, Durham University (Chemistry) and Leeds University (Post Graduate Certificate in Education). His association with Marlborough College dates from 1980 when he was appointed to teach chemistry. Since then he has been Master in charge of Rugby, Master in charge of Cricket, and a Housemaster. During this time he also played cricket for Wiltshire, wrote a monthly column for a national rugby magazine in Britain and was a selector for England Schools Rugby at regional level. In 1996 he assumed the position of Second Master and Deputy Head and in 2010 became Deputy Master of the College in England and Master of Marlborough College Malaysia.
